Elvis Costello has announced ten new "SOLO" tour dates, including a June 11 performance on the northwest side of Chicago at the Copernicus Center. This is the first time since 1999 (when touring with keyboardist Steve Nieve) that he's headlined the area with such a stripped down setup. For the last several years, Costello has been playing about a month of solo dates in the U.S. a year, region by region. They are some of the most adventurous and lauded performances of his career -- the last run in November 2013 was called “remarkable” (Esquire) and "exhilarating" (American Songwriter) -- and they reflect the musician's astonishing breadth of material.

SASA Night is an opportunity for Loyola students, interested in the South Asian culture, to showcase their vast talents. From dancing, to singing and, acting, these students have spent months preparing for one night. Our dances this year will include, but are not limited to: Freshman, Senior, Bollyfusion, Raas, South Indian, Hip Hop, Bharatnatyam-Kathak, and Bhangra.

Transportation from Loyola to Copernicus Center will be provided (outside of LSB by the shuttle stop). Buses leave throughout 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Buses will also leave Copernicus to go back to Loyola after the show.
